SALON POLICIES

To provide the best experience for every guest and respect our stylists' time, we kindly ask that you review our policies before your appointment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Enforced Cancellation policy

Appointment times are reserved exclusively for you, and our cancellation policy applies to all appointments.

  • We require 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. ​

  • Cancellations or appointment changes made within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.​

  • Same-day cancellations and no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. ​

  • A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments.​​

Children in the Salon

To help preserve the peaceful, relaxing atmosphere of our salon and ensure everyone's safety, children are not permitted in the salon unless they are receiving a service. â€‹â€‹

Late Arrivals

To respect every guests scheduled appointment, arrivals of more than 10 minutes late may require adjustments to your service.

After a 15-minute grace period, appointments will be rescheduled and considered a cancellation in accordance with our cancellation policy.

When Booking Online

Please book the correct services for your appointment to ensure enough time is reserved. If you're unsure what to book, we're always happy to help guide you. You can call or text us for assistance.

If the services booked do not accurately reflect your service needs, we may not have enough time to complete your desired service without impacting the appointments scheduled after yours. 

Service Satisfaction

Your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If you have any concerns about your service, please reach out to us within 72 hours. We want to make it right and will work with you to find a solution you love.
